This page documents every feature available inside the Back Office (the staff management area) and The Staff Room (the day-to-day team portal). It's intended for team leaders, managers, and admins who need a reference for what each tool does and how to use it.
How to access
Sign in at /login with your staff account, then head to /admin. Admins land on the dashboard; other staff are redirected to The Staff Room. This guide page itself lives at /guide — it's intentionally not linked in the public website navigation so only people who know the address can find it.
Roles & permissions
Your account role (admin, manager, or user) plus any granular permissions assigned by an admin determine which sections you can see. If a feature is greyed out or missing, you likely don't have permission — contact an admin via User Access.
